Course Title: Supervising the Problem Solver

Course Purpose: The objectives of the course are as follows:
· To have a better understanding of the supervisors role in the problem-solving process.
· To increase your understanding of how people are managed effectively in a problem-solving environment.
· To develop specific skills that will assist you in matching your leadership style to the needs of your people.
· To develop personal skills to properly and fairly negotiate with the community.
